About

With over 30 years of combined clinical experience, Raj Laly and Aisa Fraser have worked together before to create and contribute to various important landmarks in the local health system in the South East. These have included the mobilisation of large-scale contracts such as the 111 Patient Call-Back service, an Ambulance Support Line for paramedics to ensure patients reach the most appropriate healthcare provider based on their needs, and several pandemic response services such as the community-based COVID Assessment Hub and a Virtual Monitoring Service for COVID patients. As a result, Raj and Aisa have formed a partnership that is forward-thinking, dynamic, creative and innovative.

Raj Laly

Raj has been a doctor since 2007, initially working in hospital based roles and understanding the workings of Hospital Trusts. His speciality training then moved to General Practice, qualifying as a GP in 2013. He has worked as a Partner within a large Hampshire practice for 10 years, manoeuvring into fields of wider healthcare contracts. Raj has also been involved in Primary care groups and networks, which has been a requirement in today’s NHS system where integrated care has become essential.

Involvement within the pharmacy sector has been an ongoing interest, ensuring valuable experience in how primary care works and functions.

Aisa Fraser

Aisa began her nursing journey 20+ years ago in Urgent Care and the Humanitarian sector. With a passion for both tropical disease and public health  she has worked in some remote corners of the globe before settling in primary care in South East Hants.

She has since worked in general practice; at regional level for a GP Federation heading up clinical services straddling both urgent and primary care and, more recently, supported community pharmacies with clinical service implementation.
