- Online storage of patient medical records and summary
- Email response access with Clinician as a follow-up
- 10% off blood laboratory investigations
- 10% off any extra face-to-face, telephone, video appointment

£4000.00 PER ANNUM (BASED ON 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN)
- Guaranteed access Monday to Sunday, between 9am and 5pm
- Access to patient portal for booking
- Same day response to queries
- Initial consultation (1 hour)
- 10 face-to-face appointments (20mins each)
- 10 remote telephone or video consultations
- Online storage of patient medical records and summary
- Email response access with Clinician as a follow-up
- 10% off blood laboratory investigations
- 10% off any extra face-to-face, telephone, video appointment

Monthly Subscription
£59.99 PER MONTH

- 2 face-to-face appointments (20mins each) in a year, when package used for 12month cycle
